By accessing and using GenSuite's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

You retain ownership of content you create using our AI tools. However, you grant us a license to process your content to provide our services. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

GenSuite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, and we may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our data retention policies.
